1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use YTPMax. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and are not prohibited from using the service under any applicable laws.

2. Use of the Service

• You agree to use YTPMax only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You must not use the service to violate YouTube’s terms of service or engage in deceptive or manipulative activities (e.g., fake engagement).
• We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our sole discretion.

3. Coin and Cash System

• Users earn coins by watching videos or subscribing to channels. Coins can be used to promote content or exchanged for real money.
• Coin-to-cash conversions are subject to minimum thresholds and verification checks.
• We may modify the exchange rate or minimum payout amount at any time with or without notice.

4. Campaign Creation

• You may create campaigns to promote your videos by spending coins.
• You are responsible for providing accurate video links and campaign details, including duration and view quantity.
• YTPMax is not responsible for third-party platform takedowns or strikes caused by your campaign.

5. VIP Packages

• Users may purchase VIP packages to unlock special features like profile rings, badges, and queue priority.
• All VIP purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the system, or engaged in fraudulent activity. Terminated accounts may forfeit all coins, cash, or active campaigns.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of YTPMax (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by YTPMax and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

YTPMax is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the platform’s availability, performance, or effectiveness in promoting your videos or channels.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YTPMax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or account bans.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of YTPMax after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the U.S.
